Overview
The exotic hill town of Dalhousie is hidden away in the Dhauladhar Range of the state of Himachal Pradesh. It was British Viceroy Lord Dalhousie who established it in 1854, hence the name. Later, it served as one of the finest summer retreats for British troops and bureaucrats. » Subhash Baoli
Named after the great Indian patriot Subhash Chandra Bose, the scenic spot lies just a little distance away from the GPO Square. The sparkling water spring and the splendid views are of great interest.

» Bara Pathar
It makes the worth of a halt while on your way to Kalatope. Here, you can visit the temple of Bhuvani Mata. Besides, the annual fair, held in July, is a big lure for tourists here.

A famous wildlife sanctuary, the place gives you an opportunity to soak up the natural charm and watch animal species like ghoral, barking deer and the Himalayan black bear.
